TERMS OF SERVICE

Refusals of Service:

The Artist holds the right to cancel a Commission if it cannot be completed, or if the Client behaves rudely or inappropriately, or is unable to keep in contact with the artist during the duration of the Commission. If the Artist contacts the Client, the piece is placed on hold until a response is given.
If the commission ordered is deemed by the artist a subject matter that is crossing the boundary of what the artist is willing to illustrate, the commission will be refused and a refund will be issued.
The Client reserves the right to cancel the commission if it has not yet begun, or if in the beginning sketch stage. Full refunds if the commission has not yet been started, partial refunds if sketches have been made.

The Artist will accept commissions of all ratings (Clean, Mature, Adult). In terms of different fetishes/scenarios, please contact the artist accordingly as some subjects may result in the cancelation of your commission.

Should the client decide to re-post the commission piece/pieces, proper credit must be given to the Artist. The client is allowed to use commissioned artwork for non-commercial/non-profit purposes.
The artist reserves the right to post the finished artwork to their website as well as their social medias. Permission to do so will be requested from the client. All credit to the characters and their respectful owners will be given.
The client is strictly prohibited from altering the artwork in an attempt to remove the watermark/logo added to the piece, the watermark is not to be removed under any circumstances.

Prices are subject to change, however they will always be up to date on the website and the commission forms.
Prices are in USD, and payment shall be completed before the work on the piece begins. Payment plans are not accepted.
Upon completion of work, the client will receive the high-resolution image for posting, as well as any other additional variants.
